Traffic Light Timings Dataset/ Server

Is there a dataset or queryable server that tells the state of a traffic light (green/yellow/red) and estimated time to the next switch?

  Thanks for your question! and your interest in the Connected Intersections Challenge.

  We do not currently have any resources traffic light timing that I am aware of. However, there are multiple resources that look at real-time traffic data on our Resources page: http://intersections.challengepost.com/details/resources.
